Hello and thank you for coming by to visit my blog. I am a photographer, mom and wife. I love my life and all the little details that surround it. I think I could stay here...

After only one day in Africa, I already appreciate the simplicity of life here. it doesn't mean they don't have struggles - it is obvious that they do. However, you can certinly sense that they appreciate every last thing they have and that they are not paying a monthly fee to a storage facility to store "their stuff". The pace of life is refreshing as you have time to soak in the blessings of your surroundings. It didn't take long yesterday to realize how blessed we are. When we exchanged our money yesterday and saw that one US dollar is worth 2,200 shillings. No pics for now but give it a few days and when we return from the safari we will have plenty!

    Hi we are doing fine and cannot wait to hear from you all again. The girls are great and we spent the whole day at the river yesterday with Mom and had a blast. We are going to the town festivities tomorrow night and to watch a play. I think we are leaving Sun to go on out trip. Write us back Love you both and miss you much. Love Moma and Girls
