Sweet Baby...

This past weekend, I made a trip to the Dallas area and thought I would work a little this trip. I photographed three different families. The weekend went by way too fast, but I got to meet some amazing people with some sweet kiddos and spend some time with my family, mom and sisters.

My first shoot was baby Connor. Oh my gosh, he was so precious. Amy and Ron were so great and we had a great time with all of the posing and conversation. I love to see newborn babies with brand new parents. It is so refreshing and it brings me back to when my babies were little. The house was so quiet, the baby is sleeping....ahhhh! I miss those days. Even though babies are a lot of work, I loved the baby stages. They are so precious and they are only little once. It goes by way too quickly. Amy and Ron are an amazing couple and I wish your family the best. It was a pleasure to get to work with you and take Conner's first photos!

One down, two more to go...off to my next shoot....

Go Kittens!

Well I wanted to share with you my daughter's basketball team. I don't usually do team pictures, but I couldn't resist taking these girls' photos. This is Corrie's first year to play basketball and she loves it. Caleb, my husband, is the coach and he did such a great job with all the girls. It is so fun to watch them jump all over him......it is too cute. Does it get any better than ten screaming girls?!?! :) Anyway, we had a great time this season and we have our last game on Saturday. They have only lost one game this year and we are so extremely proud of them. Way to go Kittens!

Fabulous...

Meet Brooklyn....well, you might remember Brooklyn from the summer when I took her pictures with the General Lee (Dukes of Hazard) car. Brooklyn is just a natural in front of the camera and she looks stunning in every photo. We finally came to a conclusion during the photo shoot....I loved taking her photo and I could take her photos all day long and she loved getting her photos taken, but we had to stop or there would just be too many photos to choose from. We aren't done yet though... we still have one more photo shoot to go...so stay tuned. Thanks Brooklyn, I had a great time! You look fabulous!

A Fun Bunch...

Meet the Graves family...a fun bunch that kept me laughing. They were full of all kinds of crazy ideas and poses. I didn't post them all, but we did a lot. We had a great time! Thanks guys for making the photo shoot fun even though we weren't able to go outside. I hope you had a good time as well and I hope you enjoy the photos.

Time for Tea....

My sweet daughter, Corrie turned 6 on Friday and we had a tea party for her birthday. Whew...it was a lot of work finding 12 little vintage tea cups at a reasonable price. I went to every antique/junk store in Wichita Falls twice and finally gathered up 12. They were so cute and everything came together so nice. I got all of the girls little gloves, rings and necklaces to wear. We had peach tea punch and a chocoalte fountain to dip strawberries, marshmallows, bananas and cherries in. After they ate, then they decorated some cupcakes...whew that was fun. The girls did so good and their cupcakes turned out beautiful! My Mom and Grandmother helped bake all of the cupcakes and my sister and I decorated them. They were so cute and colorful. Corrie had a great time and got lots of fun gifts. Thanks to everyone for their help. Here are a few shots from the day....
